WELCOME to On Q Hanoverians

At Q Hanoverians we strive for anatomical perfection to produce a horse that will be able to compete throughout your riding career. We also focus on temperament when considering stock in our breeding program. We feel it’s important to imprint our foals to ensure that you have a horse that excels in communication and partnership. Some people claim that imprinting a foal consists of rubbing down a foal right after birth and they also tend to refer to feeding as “daily handling”. At On Q Hanoverians, we truly enjoy and love our horses and want new owners to benefit from our passion. At On Q Hanoverians, we put in as much time as possible teaching manners, basic commands and handling to each and every horse and foal. Our horses are our world. We spend a lot of time daily with each horse which we truly believe makes a better partner for you. When a horse looks toward a human for communication and nurturing the bond between human and equine has begun. This will be carried forward with the horse for the rest of its life. I hope that you will have the opportunity to experience that special magic within our horses.

Congratulations to Laura Jaeger and Seiden Song “Silk” for HUGE win as

We certainly did not expect our foal to be born 12 days early BUT those maiden mares! It is a good thing because he was huge and muscled and even had fat! Cold and dam are doing very well. He is very regal and TALL! First off he has legs to die for with big bone and beautiful knees and hocks. Love his length of pastern and angles. This will be some smooth ride! More pictures to come. We could not be more excited with this future star. The sire of this foal is the newly imported stallion, RUBIGNON, who is the son of the famous RUBINSTEIN. The dam is our amazing FABULEUX mare, EE Fortunate Future “Fortune”. CLICK HERE for information on mare, Fortunate Future!

LEARN ABOUT Hanoverian Horses

A Hanoverian horse is a VERY special breed indeed. It was no accident that the horses ridden by Gold, Silver AND Bronze medalists in the 2008 Olympics for Individual Dressage were all of the Hanoverian breed. Many top Grand Prix Show Jumper horses share this same heritage as well. To learn more about this fabulously bred animal go toTHE AMERICAN HANOVERIAN SOCIETY.
